About

Sara is a licensed associate professional counselor in the state of Georgia. Sara received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UGA and a Master’s degree in Counseling and Art Therapy from the Adler School of Professional Psychology.


Sara has provided individual and family therapy at a private practice. She also has experience working with clients in a hospital setting as well as an outpatient recovery center.


Sara has worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families who are dealing with stress and anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, personal growth and family issues. She also offers services for individuals in need of processing the effects of abuse they have endured in cults, cult-like religions, or high-control organizations. Sara utilizes various therapeutic approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered, and Adlerian theories. She can provide therapy in Korean as well.
