I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a doctorate degree in Counseling Psychology from Argosy University. I specialize in working with spouses/partners of sex addicts. For several years I have facilitated groups for partners of sex addicts and counseled with them on an individual basis. I obtained my training and certification for this specialty from the Association for Partners of Sex Addicts Trauma Specialists (APSATS); I have also been trained as a certified clinical betrayal trauma specialist (CBTS)by Dr. Kevin Skinner with the Addo Recovery Network. I have a deep understanding of the trauma experienced by partners of those with sexual infidelity issues. 

I came into the field of counseling following a long and fulfilling career in education where I have served as an elementary teacher, school counselor in middle school, and university professor in a School Counseling Program. I currently enjoy traveling and spending time with children and grandchildren.
